Outlook 365 not showing search results
Asked 2 years ago
I'm using Windows 2007 (don't ask), and used to use Outlook 2007 (with MS 365 on the other apps). Everything worked fine. I then moved everything over to Outlook 365 (so that I can remove the 2007 Office), but now Outlook doesn't show any search results, and I can't start an email via the attachment (right click attachment, send to, mail). The attachment part isn't that big issue, I can use the long way, but the search is a big issue. I've done everything as showed on the following page: www.businessinsider.com/guides/tech/outlook-search-not-working, but it still doesn't work. I've also done a cmd-something clean/repair, as well as start/restart the Windows search in the 'Services'-settings.. Also done a full repair on Office (and then had to re-install everything)... So I'm actually giving up hope (do I reálly have to use 2007 Outlook again :(((( ?!). Is it a incompatibility issue-something between Windows 2007 and Office 365 (although everything else works)? I'll really appreciate the help! Thank you very much in advance!
