Can I use KM to easily connect new employees to onboarding info?

We have recently started implementing knowledge management in my company for the obvious reasons of wanting to maximize my employees' potential. I have been looking for ways to use this new process to its fullest potential. Would it be easy to connect new hires to HR onboarding information through KM?

Yes! A KM system is especially beneficial when onboarding new employees or training them on new systems or processes. You can create content relevant to your organization's HR onboarding system and link it together via KM. Hence, the new employees can access the right resources when they start their jobs at your company. So yes! An effective KM system comes in handy to connect new employees to onboarding info.
