Can you skip a step in the knowledge management process
Asked 2 years ago
My team and I were going through the knowledge management process. I know the process has a few steps but we were discussing whether it's ok or possible to skip a step. Is it essential to follow all the steps in the process to ensure effective knowledge management?

While there may be flexibility in implementing the knowledge management process, it is generally recommended to follow all the steps. Skipping a step in the knowledge management process can result in incomplete or ineffective knowledge management outcomes. Each step in the process is crucial in ensuring effective knowledge management outcomes and maximizing the value of organizational knowledge.
