Can I see chats with a specific assignee if I search with multiple filters?

I have been wanting to view specific conversations that I had with some of my teammates regarding certain projects, but I do not know how to. I occasionally need to quickly get some context on certain issues and locate something specific. Is it possible to find such if I use multiple filters to search for a matching conversation in my teammates' inboxes?

Yes, Intercom allows you to see the matching conversations with your individual and group users with different filters. The Assignee is one of them. To use the filter in your search box, just type in the Assignee with a colon (:) in front of it. After that, you are free to search for the targeted keyword or phrase to look for in the individual and group inboxes.
